Peak Season Surcharge: US$20.00 per room per night during the peak season from December 23rd, 2009 to January 15th, 2010 and January 24th to January 30th , 2010 (Lunar New Year).

Compulsory Christmas Dinner on December 24th, 2009 at US$ 40 per person, child - 50%

Compulsory New Year Dinner on December 31st, 2009 at US$ 55 per person, child - 50%

All room rates are based on single or double occupancy

No additional charge for two children under 12 sharing the same room and the existing bedding
1. Check-in & check-out Procedure
Check-in time is from 02:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 a.m.
Extension of late check-out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
- Check out until 18:00 - 50% of room rate
Check out after 18:00 - 100% of room rate
2. Cancellation Policy
UNDER 4 rooms & FIT
More than 7 days prior to arrival: NO cancellation fee
Between 7days and 3 days prior to arrival: One night’s stay charge of whole group
Within 3 days prior arrival day and no show: Full-length stay charge
